HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!?

I had to go to the hospital early yesterday morning and when they weighed me I was 139.6!!! Im only 13 years old!! Any ideas of how to lose weight fast without a pill or a shot or things along that line? Like certain foods and drinks? Summers here and last summer I rode my bike, scooter, went swimming in my aunts pool and I loss like 5 or 10 pounds and over the winter I have gained way more then 10 pounds back!! Right now my bike is in the shed and my scooter in the basement, and my aunt and uncle don’t open their pool untill later on in the summer months. So what can I do for now untill then?

    When i was 13 i was 176 pounds. Im 15 now, and im 135. I NEVER worked out. And i always ate like shit. I just got taller. As i got taller i thined out. I still have some extra baggage near by butt, BUt its nothing excersise wont help. Let your self grow a bit. 139 Isnt bad AT ALL!!!!!! Give it some time. By the time you 15/16 and youve gotten a bit taller, youll loose some weight. I garentee it. And if you still dont fefeel comfortable, A little excersise wont harm anyone.

    One serving of pasta means 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. However, most restaurants serve a pasta dish with 4 servings of pasta!!! You do not need to finish and clean off the plate every time. You can simply ask to take home the leftover.

    EAT BREAKFAST

    Do not skip breakfast. If you need to go to bed a little earlier so that you can get up 20 minutes earlier each morning ?do it! Breakfast is so important to your good health and to weight control. According to Dr. Barbara Rolls a professor of nutrition at Penn State University, "Your metabolism slows while you sleep, and it doesn’t rev back up until you eat again."

    Eating breakfast is not only good for overall weight loss, it will help you stay on track with your diet the rest of the day. You are more likely to binge on something sweet and in the read?group if you skip breakfast.

    You can always keep a couple of hard-boiled eggs in the fridge or some high-fiber, low starch fruit around. If you plan to eat fruit at all during the day, breakfast is the perfect time to do it.

    Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.

    If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

    Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened.
    Increase your fiber intake. Like I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fiber. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can.
