well , you could drink more water. then eat more fruit. its not what you eat its how much , and if you excercize. if you eat a big mac but then excercise for two hours , you’ll probably lose weight. me personally , i dont feel like eating after i excercise , its weird but true.

Your RMR works out to 1433 cal/day. Thus, you burn 1033 fat cal/day. Your goal (losing 8lb) will take 4 to 5 weeks.
BUT YOUR DIET IS NO GOOD! Eating just two meals a day slows your metabolism to a crawl and your body will cling onto the fat for dear life. Split it into 5-6 small meals. If you don’t feel a little hungry between meals, you won’t lose squat. And secondly, this diet is too extreme for your age. I’d recommend at least 700cal/day or you risk losing muscle tissue.

Okay I have a question for you! I am 14 years old (girl) and I weigh probably 125 lbs. I want to get down to about 117lbs. I know that might sound ridiculous, but it’s my goal. Anyways, i eat about 400 calories a day (i am super serious about losing weight) usually i just have two bowls of soup a day. i have been doing this for maybe 4 days now. How long will it take me to get down to 117 lbs, sticking to this diet? (i drink a ton of water)

Pretty sound advice.
1lb of human fat contains 3500 calories. Your body needs about 2000 calories a day to survive (Rest Metabolic Rate). If you eat only 1000 cal/day, your body compensates by burning 1000cal worth of fat. So, every 3 days, you lose 1lb. (And that’s WITHOUT exercise!)
And stay away from sugar, and fruits. They cause an instant insulin spike which shuts off fat burning. Eat fiber and complex carbs instead.
