I am 5′9 and i weigh 127 pounds i want to weigh 115 pounds how can i lose weight in a short amount of time?

1. Water only. No Drinks of any kind.
2. No fried foods. At All. Or Bread. At all.
3. No deserts. At All.
Obey this rule for two weeks and i guarentee you will lose ten pounds i did it right before my wedding and it worked wonders for me!

With you already being skinny to start, weight training helps burn fat even when you aren’t working out, but you will get tone with it so you won’t look too skinny and who wouldn’t like to be a bit stronger!? Good luck!

I am 5ft 3 and I weight 99 lbs, yes very light i know, I have been skinny my whole life, so I wouldn’t know how to lode weight but i do know how to maintain a healthy weight, I also exercise 5 to 6 times a week, I am trying to build muscle currently, I already eat healthy, I will never again eat a hamburger let me tell you that straigght out,
Also if you want to loose weight and tone your body, you must do some light weight training, I would recommend the treadmill at 7%incline for 20 minutes at a time, then some light weight training 5 pounds in each hand up down up and down. Also drink lots of water. Also try to avoid greasy fat food, substitute your diet with more salads and thigns with lots of nutrients, when you have eggs, take out the yellow part, that has the cholesterol, and maybe try soyjoy, eat those instead of chips or something, itschaep, healthy and it gives great energy, For me it works really goos, i eat it before I go to the gym and its great.
So I am not a doctor but that’s what I reccomend!

wow ok may i say you are probably a good weight right now. losing anymore might make you look.. well… funny. no offense, i ould just accept what you look like and move on, and plus its not good to lose 10 pounds in a short amount of time.

115 is way too skinny. i’m 5′5 and that was too skinny for me. i look much better around 125.
but, if you really want to, its going to be hard since its not a naturally healthy weight. cardio, strength training and propper diet is the only way.

Drink two tumblers of water on rising from the bed, and in a day drink at least three litres of it.
Avoid cream, ghee, sweets and fried food.
Take regular exercise sufficiently, so as to burn more calories of energy, than its intake.

A five foot woman should weigh one hundred pounds. Five feet one inch one hundred five pounds. In other words, add five pounds for every inch over five feet. You should weigh one hundred forty pounds. One hundred fifteen pounds for a five foot nine inch woman is too thin.

I say just tone up,Its all about where the weight is not how much you weigh.Take some kickboxing or something like that.Your body will change shape and look so hot.Its not the scale that tells anything.You have great features already just work them out.One of my friends was 140lbs 5′5" and lost 20lbs in about a month doing kickboxing and she looks way better with a toned body.Good luck

I have answered this question so many times that I now just copy and paste my story !
If you want to loose fat, I suggest eating a well balanced diet.
Grilled or baked lean meats, fruits, fiber, vegetables, water and un – salted nuts.
Exercise 5 days of the week, alternating with cardio and strength training. Do not cross out anything from your " diet", save the 2 days that you do not work out for being able to eat junk foods. You will not over indulge, after 2 weeks of eating a well balanced diet, on the 2 off days you have, you will not want as much junk food.
I lost 105 pounds in 1 year by eating this this way.

Of course you could always get on workout plan, like running or going to a gym…however do NOT stop eating, skipping meals or eating less, because those things tell your body you are getting ready to FAST and so your body actually starts STORING fat!!! however you could eat more ofter which will keep your metabolism up and in turn help you lose weight…but don’t eat more in quantity just eat as much as you would any given day but spread it from 3 times a day to 6 times a day…or eat less at your 3 essential meals and eat 3 snacks during the day like water, an apple, and granola bar…something that’s small filling and healthy and not only will you burn more calories you’ll be putting less in…

115 is to low for someone you’re height. If you aren’t happy with your body, work out and firm up, you DO NOT need to loose weight!

Sadly the only way to lose weight fast is either by bulimia, anorexia, or surgery. The only (and best way) to lose weight is a healthy diet and exercise
It takes a lot longer, but the results and the effort will be well earned, so be patient and go do some cardiovascular exerciseses or aerobics
