Is it possible to lose 45 kilos by December 15th?
I’m 19 and have been gaining weight gradually since puberty. I’m currently under the five-factor diet and walk for an hour each morning. I plan to begin swimming from July as well (6 days a week for an hour). What other freehand exercises can I do to lose 45 kilos fast and easy by mid-december? (p.s. my fat is concentrated on my thighs, hips, tummy and butt).

i really think it would not be ‘healthy’ weight loss, which would mean the weight could come back quickly and even MORE than you lost. you really need to BURN off the fat with exercise, which takes time. this prevents the weight returning as easily.
with walking, you really have to move fast, so you’re slightly out of breath. a lot of people just walk at a comfy pace and it doesnt do much calorie burning.
try to include some hills in your walking path, or if you can go along the beach in the dry sand it burns calories extra fast!! also try jogging a little. i personally found it hard to start jogging (i’m weak with cardiovascular exercise) but try walking for five-10 minutes then jogging for atleast a hundred metres. each time you will be able to go a little further. i can now run through two whole songs haha
good luck, but please be sensible. aim for 1-2kg a week at the most to stay healthy.
