I weigh 137 pounds and I really want to lose some weight, because I’m extremely embarrassed to go swimming. I know there’s really no "fast" way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always drink water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every night. Any other important tips and exercises I can do for great results? Oh and I want to lose fat on my stomach, hips, and I want to tone my legs.
Ok so when I was 13 and when I just turned 14, I was about 125 pounds and 5′1 or 5′2. They said I was a healthy weight but I didnt look very healthy and I was always embarrassed by how I looked. Anyways now im 15, 113 pounds, and 5′3. I lost weight by walking or running at least an hour a day. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. Try running a bit during that time if you can. I live in two homes and theres not much place to run or walk 30 minutes in my second home so I decided to do swimming till I got to my other home. Swimming, and doing as many laps in the pool as you can, burns fat super fast! Well from what i’ve experienced. Also, you could hold on the to side of the pool and kick your legs underwater and that burns fat really fast too. After I started swimming, the scale said I gained more weight (I was 116) but it was muscle, not fat, because I looked skinnier than before. But yeah, thats a few ways you could do it.
Oh, one more thing that could help in weight loss is Apple Cider Vinigar. I know it sounds weird and gross but it really helps. You take 8 oz of water and put two tsp of apple cider vinigar in it. I put three tsp of it, but for beginners, two would be the best till your stomach gets used to of it. Only if you want. But if you do, take it at least twice a day. All this will really help you lose weight and tone your body.

i’m a14 year old male 5′6 and weigh 179 pounds. Supposedly my weight for my age and heighth is 131poundss, so my goal is around 45-48 pounds pr even loosing 30 pounds. The summer is coming up and i really want to looseweight before going tohigh schooll, especially because i’m going to a water safety class, and will have to wear speedos. In the summer i will be willing toexercisee but i mainly need to see if it’spossible to loose 30-48 pounds during the summer, and what it is recommended. I have also heard of the losing the 1-1/2 but it Will not really work out for me. Thank you in advance!
Hey, Ok, Dont do these stupid diets, for someone your age it really isnt good for you and will leave you being tired , miserable and wont make much difference You need to start exercising alot, As a teenager it is a lot easier, go for jogs with your friends, Play in the park, apply for a gym membership or even just exercise around the house.
Eating, You need to cut back from chocolate, milky products, biscuits and chips, Cutting back is very good. Swap it for something healthier and cheaper such as fruit or vegetable sticks for dinner have less of the unhealthy stuff and have more of the vegetables. It helps also if you eat less. So for example when i was loosing weight when my mum would serve my dinner i would make sure she would only fill one side of the plate and i would eat less, it started to strink my stomach and i felt i didnt need to eat as much throughout the day and lost alot of weight.

* Change your eating habits. Start by turning away the usual extra snacks one by one. Eat smaller portions spread through the day. Cut out or strictly eliminate refined (processed) carbohydrates (apart from the occasional treat) and such things as chocolate, sodas, etc. Just drink water. * Engaging on cardio exercise more and eliminating refined (processed) carbohydrates is the way to quick but healthy weight loss. It is also the way to stop the weight from returning. There is no point in losing weight unless you keep it off. Keep yourself busy and away from the kitchen and seeing food on TV. Go to bed earlier so you won’t have evening snacks

hi, i need to know how to lose weight in four weeks without dieting and going to gym. maybe does anyone know exercises to get a flat stomach or thighs, etc?
1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.
2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.
3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.
4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.
